Q.For the coding club, what does my child bring with them
A. Ideally just a notepad for taking notes, and a drink/snack
Q. What age group do you cater for
A. We cater for Primary School students aged 8 to 12 years
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We will make a full refund up to 48 hours before the commencement of your Club no reasons required. In the case of cancellation 48 hours or less before the event begins no refunds can be given.
Q. What if my child is unable to attend one or more days as scheduled?
A. We are not able to refund days missed due to short-term sickness, last minute holidays, etc. If you have an extenuating circumstance, refunds may be considered by Coughlan Web.
Q. Do you have a waiting list
A. Yes we will provide a waiting list in the case of cancelations
Emergency Contact: Please provide two contact numbers. We will contact you in the event of any sickness/incident/injury, unless deemed to be very minor. If your child has any ailments, allergies or special needs let us know – any information provided will be treated as confidential.
Students participate at the parent/guardian’s own risk and parents/guardians are obliged to inform Coughlan Web and its staff of any existing significant medical conditions, allergies or special needs.
Coughlan Web reserves the right to exclude/refuse students from classes, for reasons of unsuitability, disciplinary or other at our own discretion.
Photographs and videos may be taken of projects and class groups for promotional reasons.
We use pictures sensibly and aim to never publish children’s names with pictures. Please inform us if you do not wish your child to be involved in any photo shoots.
